Meet Our Team

Steve Byrd 

Steve Byrd is a staple in the industry for the last 30 years and has a vast knowledge of how important it is to integrate himself in local communities and businesses that all have the same common goals, Steve has deeply rooted himself in the Dallas/Fort Worth land with his lovely family and takes pride with his beliefs.

Steve is instrumental for the up and coming people in the industry with his first and foremost motto, “just gotta have integrity about what you do, and be honest about what you did”, “first and foremost we are In the people business, and we also happen to do pest control” This is just one of many appraises that his dedication and awareness shines. Steve has been humble about being mentioned in the Global recognized magazine - PCT Top 100 Member, “A Great achievement generated by integrity and honesty combined with the key players that make this team, we can’t do this by ourselves”. Steve also has a seat as a Board Member for associations that also sponsor Scholarships for students that are looking to become Leaders in there fields. This includes but not limited to Hotel Association of North Texas, Hotel Association of Tarrant County, BOMA (Business Office and Management Association), B.E.N (Building Engineers Network) as well as SMA (Southwest Meat Association).

Chris Castillo 

Chris Castillo has industry experience of over 20 years, he has great milestones and successes in his journey through the pest industry that certainly came with some humbling trials and tribulations, “every opportunity is great for development, it is a greater success as it set’s a path, that with hard work and dedication, it all becomes reality.”

Chris has had the great fortune to work along side of some of the industry leaders in their fields with the ability to capture the knowledge that is sitting at his fingertips to utilize it in his everyday processes for his clients. Chris is a Certified Applicator in pest and termite for the State of Texas, Commodity Fume Licensed, AIB International, Food Safety Pest Management in Food Plants for NPMA, Green Pro Certified, FSMA, cGMP, GMP, GFSI, ORGANIC Certified, OSHA American Safety Council Certified, Certified Applicator C,P,T, Bird Barrier Certified Pro Installer for the state of Texas 1 of 2 in Tx, 1 of 22 in the US.

Chris has had access to a vast amount of knowledge that is coming from industry pioneers, he also has this relationship with the Specialty Aspect of the Pest World which carriages a lost art and that is what becomes the 1st and most important fold to IntelliPEST, LLC. this is the root cause for solving pest related issues for the clients with integrity and respect.
